In this session we work with a business case and construct a 12 month cash flow forecast and then unpack what it is telling us and what action is available to improve the picture that is being painted. We will explore the differences between profit and cash, and how it is critical to measure and manage both to optimise the financial strength of the business This is a hands-on, high touch workshop that will come as a revelation to participants, whether you own a business or engage with SMEs.
