Following on from Commercial lending skills the next financial skills workshop focuses on preparing, interpreting and sharing a cashflow forecast.
Who is this workshop for?
Brokers who have completed Commercial lending skills or have an advanced understanding of Business financials and key ratio analysis
The workshop will appeal to Brokers looking to master building out a monthly 12-month cashflow forecast (using a real-life case study).
Participants will interpret the numbers and explore what it takes to improve the position. They will be able to leverage this knowledge to drive the conversation with SMEs to identify funding opportunities for the short and long term.
