Mastering Cash Flow

The workshop will appeal to Brokers looking to master building out a monthly 12 month cashflow forecast (using a case study). Participants will interpret the numbers and explore what it takes to improve the position. They will be able to  leverage this knowledge to drive the conversation with SME’s to identify funding opportunities for the short and long term. The workshop will focus on the source and application of funds, the difference between profit and cash, and the impact of the timing of receipts and payments.

Participants will be provided a workbook, a comprehensive Excel based cash flow tool (complete with instructions) and other resources.
